The Establishment and Application Practice of a Mathematical Model for the Vertical Clearance of the Disc Type Double-sided Shear Blade in the Middle Plate
By analyzing the principle of the double-sided shearing structure of the medium plate disc type and the variation law of the shearing edge during the shearing process,a mathematical model for adjusting the vertical clearance of the shearing edge is established,providing a theoretical basis for achieving automatic and rapid calibration of the vertical clearance of the shearing edge.
