摘要
以CRTM-350三辊冷轧机为例,介绍一种大直径钢管三辊冷轧机孔型设计及模拟分析方法.在孔型设计方面,主要是根据实际需求对轧槽孔型各段进行分配,并设计相应的轧槽与芯棒.将设计出来的孔型方案参数录入到Solidworks软件内构建三维模型,进而对钢管变形过程、延伸情况等进行模拟分析,以此对孔型设计方案应用效果进行验证,具有一定应用价值.
Abstract
Taking the CRTM-350 three roll cold rolling mill as an example,this paper introduces a hole design and simulation analysis method for a large diameter steel pipe three roll cold rolling mill.In terms of pass design,the main task is to allocate each section of the rolling groove pass according to actual needs,and design corresponding rolling grooves and core rods.Input the parameters of the designed hole design scheme into Solidworks software to construct a 3D model,and then simulate and analyze the deformation process and extension of the steel pipe,in order to verify the application effect of the hole design scheme,which has certain application value.
