The Influence of Harmful Metals and Sintered Ore Alkalinity on Blast Furnace Smelting
In order to deeply study the influence of harmful metals and sintered ore alkalinity on blast furnace smelting, the sources of harmful metals such as lead, zinc, and nickel and their adverse effects on smelting were analyzed, and comprehensive governance strategies from raw material control to process optimization were proposed. At the same time, the determination method of sintering ore alkalinity and the influence of different alkalinity on sintering ore properties, furnace charge reaction, and slag flowability were analyzed, and an alkalinity control strategy from raw material configuration to online control was proposed.Research has shown that it is necessary to reduce the content of harmful metals and control the alkalinity of sintered ore within the optimal range in order to achieve good smelting quality and high efficiency.
