摘要

钢管轧机的主传动万向轴长度长、直径大和质量大,万向轴高速旋转时的回转摆动幅度较大,该状况严重影响传动轴与轧辊连接处的联轴节的使用寿命.对此,设计了一种传动轴重量动态平衡系统,以限制传动轴的回转幅度,延长传动轴联轴节的使用寿命.通过详细介绍该动态平衡系统的组成及液压控制系统的原理,为实现该控制系统的高效应用提供参考.

Abstract

The main drive universal shaft of the steel pipe rolling mill has a long length,large diameter,and large mass.When the universal shaft rotates at high speed,the swing amplitude is large,which seriously affects the service life of the coupling at the connection between the transmission shaft and the rolling mill roll.A dynamic balance system for the weight of the transmission shaft has been designed to limit the rotational amplitude of the transmission shaft and extend the service life of the transmission shaft coupling.By providing a detailed introduction to the composition of the dynamic balance system and the principle of the hydraulic control system,this provides a reference for achieving efficient application of the control system.
