摘要

为了提高钢铁厂污水回收利用率、减少污染、降低成本,对钢铁厂污水处理规模与水质进行了分析,并基于所设计的污水处理工艺过程对污水处理、加药与消毒、污泥处理等单元方案进行了详细设计,最终通过评价验证了污水处理系统的经济性、可行性,为钢铁产业的污水处理方向提供了参考.

Abstract

In order to improve the recovery and utilization rate of sewage in steel plants,reduce pollution,and reduce costs,the scale and water quality of sewage treatment in steel plants were analyzed.Based on the designed sewage treatment process,detailed designs were made for the sewage treatment,dosing and disinfection,and sludge treatment unit schemes.Finally,the economic and feasibility of the sewage treatment system were verified through evaluation,providing reference for the direction of sewage treatment in the steel industry.
