Production Practice of Stable Microstructure and Properties of Hot Rolled Q355B Strip Steel
Optimize the chemical composition of low alloy high-strength structural steel Q355B by reduce content of Mn and micro addition of Ti.Adjust technology of metallurgical and rolling processes to stable alloy microstructure and mechanical properties.Hot rolled Q355B strip steel has uniform microstructure,similar grain size,stable mechanical properties along the horizontal direction of slab,and meet the performance requirements of national standards.Refinement of grain size and precipitation strengthening are the main reasons for the strength improvement of Q355B hot-rolled strip steel.
