摘要
根据抚顺新钢铁公司现有新棒材生产线工艺和装备条件,采用钒氮合金强化作用机制,充分利用控制轧制与控制冷却工艺,实现热轧抗震钢筋的细晶强化和析出强化.通过合理调控道次变形量、变形温度、变形速度和冷却速度,成功开发出了 Φ20~Φ32 mm规格、强屈比≥1.25、轧后组织晶粒度不粗于9级的HRB500E细晶热轧抗震钢筋,钢筋机械性能全部满足国标对抗震钢筋的技术要求.
Abstract
In this paper,according to the process and equipment conditions of the existing new bar production line of Fushun New Iron and Steel Company,vanadium and nitrogen alloy reinforcement mechanism is adopted,and the controlled rolling and cooling process are fully utilized to realize the fine grain reinforcement and precipitation reinforcement of hot-rolled seismic reinforcement bars.By reasonably regulating the amount of deformation,deformation temperature,deformation speed and cooling speed of the passes,HRB500E fine-grained hot-rolled seismic reinforcement bars with specifications of Φ20~Φ32 mm,strength/flexure ratios ≥1.25,and grain size of the rolled tissue not coarser than grade 9 have been successfully developed.The industrialized production process of HRB500E fine grain steel bars of different specifications has been determined,which effectively reduces the amount of alloying elements added,greatly reduces the production cost,and has good economic and social benefits.
