The sintering process accounts for 10%to 15%of the total energy consumption of the steel joint zone enterprise process.Reducing sintering fuel consumption plays a crucial role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency for new steel.By optimizing the iron ore blending structure,optimizing process parameters,and reducing the frequency of feeding system buffering,the goal of increasing sintering process output and reducing energy consumption has been achieved.The solid fuel consumption per ton of sintered ore has decreased by 6.09 kg,achieving good economic results.
