10万m3煤气柜系统升级改造设计研究

为响应国家淘汰落后产能,降低碳排放,实现双碳目标,张宣科技淘汰了高炉、转炉等高耗能、高碳排放设备,利用氢能源,实现碳的零排放.为保供氢冶金生产用气,对氢冶金焦炉煤气供气管路及柜区进行升级优化,以达到安全供气、稳定供气、持续供气、紧急供气的目标.基于以上需求,对10万m3高炉煤气柜改造为焦炉煤气柜,并进行配套设施的更新升级,取得了良好效果.
Research on Upgrading and Renovation Design of 100000 m3 Gas Cabinet System
In response to the country's elimination of outdated production capacity,reduction of carbon emissions,and achievement of the dual carbon goal,Zhang Xuan Technology has eliminated high energy consuming and high carbon emission equipment such as blast furnaces and converters,utilized hydrogen energy,and achieved zero carbon emissions.To ensure the supply of gas for hydrogen metallurgy production,upgrade and optimize the gas supply pipeline and cabinet area of hydrogen metallurgy coke oven gas,in order to achieve the goals of safe gas supply,stable gas supply,continuous gas supply,and emergency gas supply.Based on the above requirements,the 100000 m3 blast furnace gas holder was transformed into a coke oven gas holder,and the supporting facilities were updated and upgraded,achieving good results.
