摘要

新钢10号高炉通过提高原燃料质量,合理调整高炉原料结构,在保持优质入炉原料的基础上,优化装料制度,逐步提高风速、动能,活跃炉缸,提高富氧率、顶压及焦炭负荷等强化冶炼手段,实现了长期重负荷冶炼的顺稳局面.

Abstract

By improving the quality of raw fuel,reasonably adjusting the raw material structure of blast furnace,the No.10 blast furnace,on the basis of maintaining high quality raw materials,optimizing the loading system,gradually improving the wind speed,kinetic energy,activating the furnace tank,improving the oxygen rich rate,top pressure,increasing coke load and other strengthening smelting means,the stable situation of long-term heavy load smelting has been realized.
