摘要
某电解铝企业在电解槽生产技术升级改造过程中,采用了新型稳流高性能炉内保温材料,从炉底压降数据、运行过程控制中稳定性和各项技术参数指标三个方面与普通电解槽进行了综合对比分析,结果显示新型稳流试验槽完成电压达3.880 V,直流电耗达12 650kW·h/t,比常规材料的普通槽降低100kW·h/t,电解槽各项指标运行平稳,保温效果显著,节能效果明显.
Abstract
In the process of upgrading and renovating the electrolytic cell technology,a certain factory adopted a new type of stable flow high-performance lining insulation material.A comparative analysis was conducted with ordinary cells from three aspects:furnace data,operation process control stability,and technical indicators.The final test cell can achieve an average working voltage of ≤3.88 V,and DC power consumption of 12 650 kWh/t which is reduced by 100 kWh/t compared to ordinary cells using conventional materials.The electrolytic cell runs smoothly and is insulated with significant energy-saving effect.
