摘要
对大冶特殊钢2号高炉长期使用水熄焦的生产实践进行了总结,针对水熄焦使用过程中水分大幅波动、质量不稳定导致的高炉荒煤气温度低、炉温波动大、锌、碱富积以及炉缸工作状态恶化等问题,通过铁前系统的协调和内部应对操作调整,确保水熄焦使用期间炉况稳定,为直供干熄焦后高炉各参数的迅速恢复创造了条件.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the production practice of long-term use of water quenched coke in the No.2 blast furnace of Daye Special Steel.In response to the problems caused by significant fluctuations in moisture content and unstable quality during the use of water quenched coke,such as low temperature of blast furnace raw gas,large temperature fluctuations,zinc and alkali accumulation,and deterioration of furnace working conditions,the coordination of the iron front system and internal operational adjustments are carried out to ensure stable furnace conditions during the use of water quenched coke.This has created conditions for the rapid recovery of various parameters of the blast furnace after direct supply of dry quenching coke.
