摘要
富氧侧吹炉是一种综合物料干燥、物料焙烧以及物料熔炼的炼铜生产工艺.基于富氧侧吹炼铜工艺反应机理,对比侧吹炼铜工艺与传统炼铜工艺的特点,结合江铜国兴富氧侧吹炉的生产实践,分析异常炉况产生的原因,并提出相应的处理办法,通过提高富氧浓度,不仅节省了大量的燃料,而且生产效率大大提高.
Abstract
Oxygen enriched side blowing furnace is a copper smelting production process that integrates material drying,material roasting,and material smelting.Based on the reaction mechanism of oxygen enriched side blowing copper smelting process,the characteristics of side blowing copper smelting process and traditional copper smelting process are compared.Combined with the production practice of Jiangtong Guoxing oxygen enriched side blowing furnace,the reasons for abnormal furnace conditions are analyzed,and corresponding treatment methods are proposed.By increasing the oxygen enriched concentration,not only does it save a lot of fuel,but also greatly improves production efficiency.
