This paper summarizes the 1 # 5 100 m3 blast furnace in the whole link and rapid recovery practice process,in order to ensure the stability of the furnace after large blast furnace reblowing,through the formulation of strict reblowing technology scheme,the air structure optimization,detailed calculation furnace load,strengthening furnace body insulation,reducing furnace heat loss,the 4.5 h air volume after reblowing is restored to full wind level,the rapid recovery of the furnace condition is realized,the economic and technical indicators of blast furnace is good.
