Research on The Guide System of Universal Rolling Mill for Hot-rolled H-beam Steel
The design and use of the guide device directly affect product quality and the production capacity of the rolling mill.A study was conducted on the assembly form of the universal rolling mill guide in the H-section steel workshop of Changgang.The key points of the upper and lower guide assembly of the inlet and outlet web plates of the UR-E-UF three series rolling mills were discussed online.The results showed that this guide assembly form reduced unplanned downtime and process failure rate in the steel workshop,achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
