贴标机器人系统在钢卷包装线上的应用实践

摘要
为了提高钢卷贴标作业的生产效率和可靠性,设计时将贴标机器人系统与钢卷包装线相结合,在常规贴标机的基础上增加多项改进功能,可进一步提高贴标机器人应对钢卷包装线特殊生产要求的能力.将贴标机器人系统与包装线系统进行了联锁,并开发了贴标机器人系统与MES系统的通信接口,保证了生产顺行和设备安全.实践证明,该系统稳定可靠,适合在同类场合的应用和推广.
Abstract
In order to improve the production efficiency and reliability of coil labeling operation,the labeling robot system is combined with coil packaging line.On the basis of conventional labeling machine,a number of improvement measures are added to further improve the ability of labeling machine to meet the special production requirements of steel coil packaging line.In this paper,the labeling robot system is interlocked with the packaging line system,and the communication interface between the labeling robot system and MES system is developed to ensure the smooth production and equipment safety.Practice shows that the system is stable and reliable,and is suitable for application and promotion in similar occasions.
