Research on Reasonable Coal Pillar Width and Surrounding Rock Control Technology for Face Mining in Fully Mechanized Caving Face
In response to the problem of difficult control of surrounding rock in small coal pillar tunnels during mining, with the 3306 working face of Yonghong Coal Mine as the engineering geological background, the evolution characteristics of surrounding rock and the coordination relationship between surrounding rock stress, deformation, and support strength during mining were analyzed using a combination of theory, simulation and experiment.A comprehensive control technology for segmented yielding pressure of surrounding rock in tunnels was proposed and applied on-site.Research has shown that the reasonable width of the coal pillar for the opposite excavation roadway(3306 transportation channel)is 9m.This type of tunnel experiences significant differences in stress environment under lateral dynamic pressure and lateral pressure. Therefore,a dynamic zoning joint control technology is proposed, mainly consisting of small aperture anchor cable reinforcement, coal body grouting reinforcement, and high-strength surface protection combined support, supplemented by advanced support of the tunnel, which can effectively control the problems of tunnel floor heave and asymmetric deformation.During the excavation of the tunnel, the deformation is not significant.During the mining process, the maximum shrinkage of the roof and floor is 972mm,and the maximum shrinkage of the two sides is 586mm.The deformation of the surrounding rock is controllable, ensuring the safe mining of the working face.At the same time,it also provides scientific reference for tunnel practice under similar conditions.
