Research and Elimination of Highlights and Defects in Galvanized Products
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's automotive industry,the demand for high-quality hot-dip galvanized automotive panels in the market has greatly increased,and the requirements for the surface quality of automotive panels are also increasing day by day.Handan Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant has put forward higher requirements for the quality of hot-dip galvanized products to meet the highest level(O5 level)surface demand for automotive outer plates in China.During the production of the hot-dip galvanized automotive sheet,the hot-dip galvanizing unit encountered a problem that constrained the quality of the finished product-a bright spot defect on the surface of the finished product,which had a negative impact on the quality of the galvanized product.In response to the causes of bright spot defects,the cold rolling plant continuously analyzes and studies,proposes optimization measures to eliminate bright spot defects,and through extensive production practice,finally overcomes this difficulty.
