降低H型钢轧辊辊耗的技术研究

摘要
轧辊辊耗是H型钢成本控制的重要指标,轧辊和钢坯直接接触,辊耗消耗巨大,因而研究降低辊耗的方法对H型钢生产有重大意义.主要通过对H型钢开坯机轧辊、万能轧机水平辊环、万能轧机水平辊辊轴、轧边机轧辊、万能轧机立辊和矫直辊进行了 一系列工艺技术改进,达到了降低辊耗的目的.
Abstract
Roller roll consumption is an important indicator of H-beam cost control.The rolling mill comes into direct contact with the steel billet.Roll consumption consumption is huge,and thus the study of methods to reduce roll consumption on H-beam production is of great significance.In this paper,a series of technological improvements have been made to reduce roll consumption mainly through the rolls of H-beam billet opening machine,universal rolling mill horizontal roll ring,universal rolling mill horizontal roll shaft,edge rolling machine roll,universal rolling mill vertical roll and straightening roll.
