大直径钻孔在采空区瓦斯抽采中的应用分析

为解决3306综放工作面通过联络巷埋管抽采采空区瓦斯存在的成本高、治理量大等问题,提出将大直径钻孔应用到采空区瓦斯治理中.具体在3306措施巷按照30 m间隔布置Φ650 mm的大直径钻孔,并在钻孔进入到采空区后方5~35 m范围内进行低负压、大流量抽采.现场应用后,大直径钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度稳定在2.3%~3.8%、瓦斯抽采纯量稳定在4.9~6.5 m3/min,采面回风隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.2%~0.6%,回风隅角瓦斯浓度在安全范围内,表明现场使用的大直径钻孔采空区瓦斯治理取得较好效果.
Application Analysis of Large-diameter Drilling in Gas Extraction in Goaf
In order to solve the problems of high cost and large amount of treatment engineering in the gas extraction of goaf through connecting tunnels and buried pipes in the 3306 fully mechanized mining face,it is proposed to apply large-diameter drilling to gas treatment in goaf.Specifically,in the 3306 measure lane,Φ650 mm large diameter drilling is arranged at intervals of 30 meters.Negative pressure and high flow pumping within a range of 5~35 meters after drilling into the goaf is carried out.After on-site application,the gas extraction concentration of large-diameter boreholes remained stable at 2.3%~3.8%,the pure gas extraction volume remained stable at 4.9~6.5 m3/min,and the gas concentration at the return air corner of the mining face was controlled at 0.2%~0.6%.The gas concentration at the return air corner was within a safe range,indicating that the gas treatment in the goaf using large-diameter boreholes on site has achieved good results.
