摘要
为缩短更换大型带冷机链节的检修时间,将停产损失降至最小,提出一种快速更换大型带冷机链节的检修方法,并予以实践.该方法从施工工序、工作面、检修车辆以及工器具布置等方面进行优化,提高了链节的更换速度和检修效率.
Abstract
In order to shorten the maintenance time for replacing large belt cooler chain links and minimize production downtime losses,a fast maintenance method for replacing large belt cooler chain links is proposed and put into practice.This method optimizes the construction process,working face,maintenance vehicles,and tool layout,improving the replacement speed and maintenance efficiency of chain links.
