Practice of Quick Replacement and Maintenance of Large Belt Chiller Chain Links at Masteel Ironmaking Plant
In order to shorten the maintenance time for replacing large belt cooler chain links and minimize production downtime losses,a fast maintenance method for replacing large belt cooler chain links is proposed and put into practice.This method optimizes the construction process,working face,maintenance vehicles,and tool layout,improving the replacement speed and maintenance efficiency of chain links.
