Analysis of Water Quenched Reticulation and Yellow Spot Defects on the Surface of Cold Rolled Sheet
In recent years,with the gradual transformation of national industry towards the high-end market,the demand for automotive panels and home appliance panels has greatly increased,posing higher requirements for the quality of cold panels.However,the continuous annealing furnace of Hanbao Cold Rolling Plant can no longer keep up with the market's requirements for products.When producing high-end products,a large amount of strip products will be produced,and the defects of the strip products mainly include yellow spots,mesh patterns,etc.Analysis reveals that these defects are concentrated within the range of the water quenching stage.By analyzing the equipment and production methods of the water quenching section,the causes of yellow spots and mesh defects were identified,and the equipment was optimized and transformed to ultimately eliminate such surface defects in the strip steel.
