热基镀锌平整机工作辊粗糙度影响因素分析

摘要
在热基板镀锌中,原料粗糙度在一定程度上影响镀锌过程中的Fe2Al5形成,对镀锌表面质量也有一定影响,严重时还会出现麻面缺陷.针对此,通过分析工作辊衰减情况,得出影响工作辊粗糙度衰减的因素,找出工作辊粗糙度的衰减规律,并得出平整机工作的最佳使用公里数.
Abstract
In hot-dip galvanizing of hot-dip plates,the roughness of the raw materials to a certain extent affects the formation of Fe2Al5 during the galvanizing process,and also has a certain impact on the quality of the galvanized surface.In severe cases,there may be surface defects.In response to this,by analyzing the attenuation of work rolls,the factors affecting the attenuation of work roll roughness are identified,the attenuation law of work roll roughness is identified,and the optimal mileage for the operation of the flatbed machine is determined.
