摘要
邯钢华丰能源公司现有的JNX3-7.65-2型焦炉在实际运行过程中,因工艺参数设定不合理、焦炉窜漏等原因,出现焦炉加热不良、升温困难等问题,影响焦炉产能和焦炭质量,且给企业环保工作带来很大的压力.针对这些问题,采取改良煤气洗涤技术、稳定负荷、调节烟道吸力等相应的优化措施,效果显著.
Abstract
In the actual operation process of the existing JNX3-7.65-2 coke oven of Hansteel Huafeng Energy Company,problems such as poor heating and difficulty in temperature rise of the coke oven occur due to unreasonable process parameter settings and coke oven leakage,will affect the coke oven production capacity and coke quality,and bring great pressure to the environmental protection work of the enterprise.To address these issues,corresponding optimization measures such as improving gas washing technology,stabilizing load,and adjusting flue suction have been adopted,resulting in significant results.
