对某电厂因金相组织异常引起的低硬度P91钢部件进行了硬度、金相和壁厚的跟踪检测,通过安全性评估,提出了此类型部件更经济、更方便的处理措施,认为针对低硬度P91钢部件不能简单更换了之,应分析其造成低硬度的原因并分类处理,以此来保证P91钢的硬度部件符合标准.
Research on Supervision and Control Measures for Low Hardness Parts of P91 Steel
A tracking test was conducted on the hardness,metallography,and wall thickness of low hardness P91 steel components caused by abnormal aging of a certain power plant.Through safety evaluation,more economical and convenient treatment measures were proposed for this type of component.It is believed that low hardness P91 steel components cannot be simply replaced,and the reasons for low hardness should be analyzed and classified to ensure that the hardness components of P91 steel meet the standards.
