摘要
基于某炼钢厂钢渣处理现状、钢渣处理后的产品规格和指标,新建一条钢渣处理生产线.简要阐述钢渣处理生产线相关设备的构造及工作原理,并对钢渣处理选用的破碎机、棒磨机、磁选机等设备安装施工要点进行分析,为钢渣处理设备后续正常生产运行、维护保养打下基础.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of steel slag treatment in a certain steelmaking plant,the product specifications and indicators after steel slag treatment,a new steel slag treatment production line is constructed.Briefly explain the structure and working principle of equipment related to steel slag treatment production line,and analyze the installation and construction points of equipment such as crushers,rod mills,and magnetic separators selected for steel slag treatment,laying a foundation for the subsequent normal production operation and maintenance of steel slag treatment equipment.
