The aluminum copper dissimilar metal connection technology has attracted much attention due to the needs of engineering applications,but traditional welding methods are difficult to meet the growing performance requirements.Nanoparticle reinforcement technology provides new possibilities for optimizing the performance of aluminum copper dissimilar metal welding joints.The study aims to investigate the effects of adding different types and concentrations of nanoparticles to the plasma arc welding joints of aluminum copper dissimilar metals,and to analyze their effects on the mechanical properties,microstructure,and corrosion resistance of the joints.The experimental results show that an appropriate amount and type of nanoparticles can significantly improve the mechanical properties,microstructure stability,and corrosion resistance of the joint,providing an effective solution for optimizing the performance of aluminum copper dissimilar metal plasma arc welding joints.
