Determination of Calcium,Magnesium,Silicon and Aluminum Oxides in Aluminum-containing Premelted Slag Washes by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry
The analytical conditions of calcium, magnesium, silicon and aluminum oxides in aluminum-containing premelted slag washes by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and the methods of sample treatment were studied.A new instrumental analysis method was created to solve the difference between aluminum and aluminum oxide. The sample was treated with acid dissolution-alkali fusion, and the matrix interference was eliminated by matrix matching method. The influence of sample dissolution method, the selection of instrumental analysis parameters and the elimination of matrix interference were investigated.Under the optimized instrumental parameters and sample decomposition experiment, the relative standard deviation of sample analysis result was far less than 1.0%.The accuracy and precision of the analysis results were very high. The method takes the place of chemical analysis. It is an accurate and rapid instrumental analysis method.
