多道次热挤压下Al2O3/AZ91D合金组织演变分析

摘要
AZ91D镁基合金在机械设备上用处很广,其性能直接影响到机械效率.通过多道次热挤压工艺制得含有氧化铝颗粒的AZ91D镁基合金,并分析不同道次挤压处理Al2O3/AZ91D合金显微组织结构.研究结果表明:采用多道次热挤压处理工艺,可以使氧化铝颗粒在合金组织中形成更均匀的分布形态.经过4道次热挤压的试样比1道次挤压试样的晶粒尺寸减小近50%.完成多道次热挤压处理后,在合金中形成了良好分散状态的氧化铝颗粒,实现了晶粒细化的功能.
Abstract
AZ91D magnesium base alloy is widely used in mechanical equipment,and its properties directly affect the mechanical efficiency.AZ91D magnesium alloy containing alumina particles was prepared by multi-pass hot extrusion process.The microstructure of Al2O3/AZ91D alloy treated by different passes extrusion were analyzed.The results show that the alumina particles can be more evenly distributed in the alloy structure by multi-pass hot extrusion process.The grain size of the sample after four hot extrusions is nearly 50%smaller than that of the sample after one hot extrusions.After the multi-pass hot extrusion treatment,the alumina particles in good dispersion state are formed in the alloy,and the function of grain refinement is realized.
