摘要

用水蒸气蒸馏-离子色谱法测定铜精矿中氟离子的前处理过程对最终的测定结果影响很大,且前处理过程的温度较难把握.为解决实验室长期氟检测不稳定的问题,通过对前处理过程中蒸馏温度、不同酸介质、硫酸浓度、硫酸加入量四个条件进行探索实验,确定了前处理过程中的最优条件,提高了离子色谱法测定测定铜精矿中氟离子的可操作性和准确度.

Abstract

The pre-treatment process of using steam distillation ion chromatography to determine fluoride ions in copper concentrate has a significant impact on the final determination results,and the temperature of the pre-treatment process is difficult to grasp.To solve the problem of unstable long-term fluoride detection in the laboratory,exploratory experiments were conducted on four conditions during the pre-treatment process:distillation temperature,different acid media,sulfuric acid concentration,and sulfuric acid addition amount.The optimal conditions during the pre-treatment process were determined,which improved the operability and accuracy of ion chromatography in determining fluoride ions in copper concentrate.
