Abstract
Through defect analysis,experimental verification,and structural analysis of large-sized aluminum alloy parts,reasonable design and material selection methods,mechanical processing methods,and heat treatment methods are determined.Applying them to production can solve problems such as anodizing,blackening,and unqualified core structure and mechanical properties of large-sized aluminum alloy parts,ensure that the performance and microstructure of large-sized aluminum alloy bar products after heat treatment can meet product requirements.
