摘要
通过试验研究了热处理制度对TC31钛合金组织性能的影响.结果表明:随着退火温度的变化,材料的性能无明显变化规律;随着冷却速度的提高,材料的抗拉强度明显升高,其中冷却方式为水冷时材料的强度最高;随一段退火温度的升高和冷却速度的提高,初生α相含量降低.
Abstract
The effect of heat treatment regime on the microstructure and properties of TC31 titanium alloy was studied through experiments.The results show that there is no significant change in the properties of the material with the change of annealing temperature.As the cooling rate increases,the tensile strength of the material significantly increases,with the highest strength observed when the cooling method is water cooling.As the cooling rate increases,the tensile strength of the material significantly increases,with the highest strength observed when the cooling method is water cooling.As the annealing temperature and cooling rate increase during a certain period,the initial α phase content decreases.
