热风炉燃烧器性能分析及关键尺寸的优化

为进一步提升当前热风炉燃烧器的燃烧温度,通过保证燃烧器出口气流速度的稳定性来实现钢铁冶炼质量的提升,为此设计了实验模型装置并对挡板左右间隙从70~140 mm对应的出口气流均匀性进行对比,基于Fluent软件对挡板左右间隙从140~220 mm范围及不同挡板样式对应的出口气流均匀性进行对比仿真,综合上述成果对指导提升热风炉燃烧温度具有实际意义.
Performance Analysis of Hot Air Stove Burner and Optimization of Key Dimensions
In order to further improve the combustion temperature of the current hot blast stove burner and achieve the improvement of steel smelting quality by ensuring the stability of the outlet airflow velocity of the burner,an experimental model device was designed and the uniformity of the outlet airflow corresponding to the left and right gaps of the baffle from 70 to 140 mm was compared.Based on Fluent software,the uniformity of the outlet airflow corresponding to the left and right gaps of the baffle from 140 to 220 mm and different baffle styles was compared and simulated.The above results have practical significance for guiding the improvement of the combustion temperature of the hot blast stove.
