坡口间隙对409L钢板焊接接头弯曲性能的影响研究

摘要
采用熔化极氩弧焊对厚度为10mm的409L热轧板进行焊接试验,将焊件平对接坡口间隙设定为1 mm、2 mm、3mm、4mm,其他焊接参数略有不同.焊接试验完成后对结构接头处进行背弯分析,结果表明,坡口间隙为1mm、2 mm 和3 mm的接头处出现裂纹发生断裂,而坡口间隙为4 mm的接头处组织完好,背弯试验结果合格.
Abstract
The 409L hot-rolled plate with a thickness of 10 mm was welded by molten electrode argon arc welding,and the flat butt groove gap of the weldment was set to 1 mm,2 mm,3 mm,4 mm,and other welding parameters were slightly different.After the welding test was completed,the backbend analysis was carried out on the structural joints.The results showed that the joints with groove gaps of 1 mm,2 mm and 3 mm had cracks and fractures,while the joints with groove gaps of 4 mm were in good condition,and the backbending test results were qualified.
