针对波导管精准度需求的不断提高,介绍了波导管制造标准需求与重难点,并阐述了达到精度需求做出的改进实验过程与成果.通过增加过渡模具、选择性能更优的润滑油、优化内模连接方式和表面处理等方法开展工艺设计,以此优化波导管生产工艺,研究制造了 一种小尺寸的铜制波导管,经过实验检验生产出的新型波导管符合要求,希望能为之后制造更高精度的矩形波导管提供借鉴.
Research on the Manufacturing of a High Precision Copper Rectangular Waveguide Tube
In response to the continuous improvement of precision requirements for waveguide tubes,this paper introduces the manufacturing standards and key and difficult points of waveguide tubes,and elaborates on the experimental process and results of improving to meet the precision requirements.By adding transition molds,selecting lubricants with better performance,optimizing internal mold connection methods and surface treatment,process design was carried out to optimize the production process of waveguide tubes.A small-sized copper waveguide tube was studied and manufactured.After experimental verification,the new type of waveguide tube produced meets the requirements,providing reference for the manufacture of higher precision rectangular waveguides in the future.
