Calculation of Impact Load at Concave Weld of Seamless Rail
In order to deeply study the impact load generated by heavy-duty trains passing through the concave weld seam of seamless steel rails,a calculation algorithm is proposed.By establishing a single wheel unit model with secondary spring damping,taking into account factors such as train speed,weld geometry,wheel elastic characteristics,and wheel rail coupling,accurately estimate the impact load on the train at the weld.This study is of great significance for the maintenance and improvement of the track,as well as the resolution of vibration and noise problems during train operation.
