高锰高铝钢熔体热力学研究现状

摘要
在高锰高铝钢冶炼过程中,存在钢液的洁净度较差、钢液与耐火材料(保护渣、精炼渣)反应剧烈及夹杂物控制技术不成熟等问题,严重影响钢液质量和钢锭的力学性能.针对此种情况,归纳了高锰高铝钢的热力学现状,分析了钢液与不同渣系之间的渣金反应,总结了钢液中夹杂物种类以及演变过程,以期实现该钢种更广阔的应用前景.
Abstract
During the smelting process of high manganese and high aluminum steel,there are problems such as poor cleanliness of the steel liquid,severe reaction between the steel liquid and refractory materials(protective slag,refining slag),and immature inclusion control technology,which seriously affect the quality of the steel liquid and the mechanical properties of the steel ingot.In response to this situation,the thermodynamic status of high manganese and high aluminum steel was summarized,and the slag gold reaction between the steel liquid and different slag systems was analyzed.The types and evolution process of inclusions in the steel liquid were summarized,in order to achieve a broader application prospect of this steel type.
