摘要
以YZ-100/30型铸造起重机为例,介绍一种基于SolidWorks分析的铸造起重机动力学仿真分析方法.该方法先构建出铸造起重机的三维模型,然后在此基础上,分别进行模态分析、一般情况下的应力与应变分析及危险工况下的应力分析,以提升相关工作人员对铸造起重机受力特性的了解程度,并寻找出铸造起重机中的薄弱点,有利于实现对铸造起重机内部结构的优化设计.该分析方法具有一定应用价值.
Abstract
Taking the YZ-100/30 casting crane as an example,this paper introduces a dynamic simulation analysis method for casting cranes based on SolidWorks analysis.This method first constructs a three-dimensional model of the casting crane,and then conducts modal analysis,stress and strain analysis under general conditions,and stress analysis under dangerous working conditions on this basis,improving the understanding of the force characteristics of the casting crane by relevant personnel and identifying weak points in the casting crane,which is conducive to the optimization design of the internal structure of the casting crane.This analysis method has certain application value.
