针对当前高炉炼铁工艺中采用人工对风口封泥进行凿开时存在的效率低、安全性低等问题,研究了 一款适用于生产中的开风口机,该设计基于Simulink仿真软件构建了开风口机设备的简化模型,重点对不同主气道直径和活塞直径对开风口机性能的影响进行分析,得出了最佳尺寸,可进一步提高封泥凿开的效率和安全性.
Simulation Optimization of Blast Furnace Tuyere Opening Machine
In response to the problems of low efficiency and low safety in the current blast furnace ironmaking process when manual drilling of tuyere sealing mud is used,a tuyere opening machine suitable for production is studied.Based on Simulink simulation software,a simplified model of the tuyere opening machine equipment is constructed.The focus is on analyzing the impact of different main airway diameters and piston diameters on the performance of the tuyere opening machine,and the optimal size is obtained,which can further improve the efficiency and safety of sealing mud drilling.
