巷道围岩承载层演化机理及特性分析

摘要
牛山煤矿二采区胶带大巷掘进期间受高应力影响,巷道围岩出现严重破碎现象,导致巷道掘进效率低、支护难度大,对此,牛山煤矿通过技术研究,采用理论分析及数值模拟的方法对巷道深部围岩承载结构、演化机理、演化特性进行分析研究,合理得出破坏区围岩应力场、位移场分布及塑性破坏区范围.研究结果表明:围岩的残余强度与围岩承载层厚度成反比例关系,即残余强度越大,承载层厚度越小;承载层厚度与围岩位移量成正比例关系.
Abstract
In response to the serious fragmentation phenomenon of the surrounding rock during the excavation of the belt roadway in the second mining area of Niushan Coal Mine,which leads to low excavation efficiency and difficult support,Niushan Coal Mine analyzed and studied the bearing structure,evolution mechanism,and evolution characteristics of the deep surrounding rock of the roadway through technical research,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation methods,and reasonably obtained the stress field,displacement field distribution,and plastic failure zone range of the surrounding rock in the failure zone.The research results indicate that the residual strength of surrounding rock is inversely proportional to the thickness of the bearing layer,that is,the greater the residual strength,the smaller the thickness of the bearing layer.The thickness of the bearing layer is directly proportional to the displacement of the surrounding rock.
