切顶卸压采空区全域卸压特性研究

为了研究切顶卸压对开采及采空区的影响,利用数值模拟软件对切顶卸压开采巷道应力情况进行分析.通过对比切顶及未切顶两种情况下的巷道应力分布云图得出,经过切顶卸压后能够有效减小巷道的应力值,同时降低应力集中区域的面积,且靠近工作面一侧煤体应力优化效果最为明显;同时对比传统开采、切顶开采模式下沿工作面推进方向顶板应力曲线得出,经过切顶后的顶板平均应力值降低50%,更有利于维护巷道围岩稳定.
Research on the Characteristics of Full Area Pressure Relief in Goaf with Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief
In order to study the impact of roof cutting pressure relief on mining and goaf,this article uses numerical simulation software to analyze the stress situation of roof cutting pressure relief mining tunnels.Firstly,by comparing the stress distribution cloud maps of tunnels with and without roof cutting,it is found that after roof cutting pressure relief,the stress value of the tunnel can be effectively reduced,while reducing the area of stress concentration areas.Moreover,the stress optimization effect of the coal body near the working face is the most obvious.At the same time,comparing the stress curve of the roof along the advancing direction of the working face under traditional mining and top cutting mining modes,it is found that the average stress value of the roof at this time decreases by 50%after top cutting.It is more conducive to maintaining the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel.
