坚硬顶板水力压裂参数数值模拟研究

为了了解坚硬顶板水力压裂过程参数对压力效果的影响,利用数值模拟软件对水力压裂进行研究分析.基于水力压裂过程原理,对不同压裂液黏度下压裂效果进行分析,发现随着压裂液黏度的不断增大,裂缝偏转角呈现逐步减小的趋势,同时钻孔壁的变形量也呈现逐步增大的趋势,通过对压裂液黏度与岩石内部压力梯度关系进行分析,确定了压裂液黏度为40 mPa·s时,压裂成本及效果达到最佳,为后续水力压裂方案的设计提供一定的参考.
Numerical Simulation Study on Hydraulic Fracturing Parameters of Hard Roof
In order to understand the influence of hydraulic fracturing process parameters on the pressure effect of hard roof,numerical simulation software was used to study and analyze hydraulic fracturing.Based on the principle of hydraulic fracturing process,the fracturing effect under different fracturing fluid viscosities was analyzed.It was found that as the viscosity of the fracturing fluid continued to increase,the fracture deflection angle showed a gradually decreasing trend,and the deformation of the drilling hole wall also showed a gradually increasing trend.By analyzing the relationship between the viscosity of the fracturing fluid and the pressure gradient inside the rock,it was determined that the fracturing cost and effect reached the best when the viscosity of the fracturing fluid was 40 MPa·s,providing a certain reference for the design of subsequent hydraulic fracturing schemes.
