Research Progress of Hydrogen-rich Fuel Injection in Blast Furnace
In the context of the"dual carbon"target strategy,the high-quality development and low-carbon reform of China's steel industry has become imperative.The use of blast furnace to inject hydrogen-rich fuel is one of the hot issues in the steel industry.By exploring the technology of hydrogen rich fuel injection in blast furnace and the smelting characteristics of blast furnace under the condition of hydrogen rich fuel injection,it is found that hydrogen rich fuel injection can reduce the theoretical combustion temperature,increase the amount of gas in the furnace belly,promote the indirect reduction reaction of iron ore,improve the gas permeability of blast furnace,change the composition of initial slag,optimize the temperature field distribution in the furnace,affect the distribution of gas flow,and improve the quality of hot metal and reduce production costs.However,it is necessary to further strengthen the basic theoretical research of blast furnace injection of hydrogen rich fuel.This paper explores the charge structure and blast furnace operation parameters matching with the blast furnace injection of hydrogen rich fuel,in order to promote the development of blast furnace injection of hydrogen rich fuel technology,and contribute to the sustainable development of China's steel industry.
