随着铁水产量的逐步增加,德龙炼钢厂转炉生产能力不能满足连铸机的需要,且常出现高炉铁水积压、2座转炉相互穿插、连铸拉速频繁波动等问题,给生产组织带来较大困难,对产品质量构成了潜在的风险.针对此情况,结合德龙钢铁炼钢厂现有生产条件,分析转炉冶炼周期影响因素,针对性地提出改进措施并加以实施,达到了缩短转炉冶炼周期、保障产能效益最大化的目的.
Practice of Shortening Smelting Cycle in 120 ton Converter
With the gradual increase in iron production,the production capacity of the converter at Delong Steelmaking Plant cannot meet the needs of the continuous casting machine,and problems such as hot metal accumulation in the blast furnace,interweaving of two converters,and frequent fluctuations in continuous casting speed often occur,which brings great difficulties to the production organization and poses potential risks to product quality.In response to this situation,combined with the existing production conditions of Delong Steel Steelmaking Plant,the factors affecting the converter smelting cycle were analyzed,and targeted improvement measures were proposed and implemented to achieve the goal of shortening the converter smelting cycle and maximizing production capacity benefits.
