摘要
在我国环保形式越来越严峻的大背景下,唐钢2号高炉开炉后,对高炉炉顶煤气均压放散及休风放散进行设备工艺改造,最终实现了放散煤气全回收,有效治理了大气污染,回收的煤气得到了二次利用,降低了生产成本,产生了相应效益.
Abstract
After the opening of No.2 blast furnace in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,under the condition of increasingly severe environmental protection in China,the equipment and process transformation of the blast furnace top gas equalization and off-air gas release has been carried out to realize full recovery of the release gas,effectively controlling the air pollution,and the recovered gas has been reused,reducing the production cost and generating corresponding benefits.
