铁矿露天开采提前转地下开采的方法研究

摘要
以某铁矿项目为研究背景,在分析露天开采提前转地下开采过程中存在的主要问题的基础上,提出具体的开采方法,涉及到露天开采境界、转采开拓系统、工程过渡关系、转采方案、无底柱分段崩落法的具体要点,同时优化开采工艺,改进开采参数.实践表明,通过实施该项目可提前5年结束露天开采,在保障安全的前提下顺利转入地下生产,该开采方法具有可行性,可为类似的煤矿开采提供参考.
Abstract
Taking a certain iron mine project as the research background,based on the analysis of the main problems in the process of early conversion of open-pit mining to underground mining,specific mining methods are proposed,involving the specific points of open-pit mining boundary,conversion development system,engineering transition relationship,conversion plan,and pillar less segmented collapse method.At the same time,the mining process is optimized and the mining parameters are improved.Practice has shown that through this project,open-pit mining can be completed 5 years in advance,and underground production can be smoothly transferred while ensuring safety.This mining method is feasible and can provide reference for similar coal mining.
