简要介绍了高电流密度下高砷阳极铜的生产实践,通过调整净液工艺参数、采用气液强化硫化设施处理脱铜终液等方式加大脱砷能力,保证电解液中ρ(As)维持在11~13g/L,继而保障铜电解生产的稳定.实践表明,与之前电解厂的脱砷能力对比,现有新技术极大地提高了脱砷能力,减少了金属的损失.
Production Practice of High Arsenic Anode Copper Under High Current Density
This article briefly introduces the production practice of high arsenic anode copper under high current density.By adjusting the purification process parameters and using gas-liquid enhanced vulcanization facilities to treat the final copper removal solution,the arsenic removal capacity is increased to ensure that the mass concentration of arsenic ρ(As)in the electrolyte is maintained at 11~13 g/L,thereby ensuring the stability of copper electrolysis production.Practice has shown that compared with the arsenic removal capacity of previous electrolysis plants,the existing new technology has greatly improved the arsenic removal capacity and reduced metal loss.
