摘要
汉钢公司引进应用了国际先进的烧结烟气活性炭脱硫脱硝技术,该工艺活性炭体量大,存在调整滞后,安全风险大.烧结厂结合原料混匀矿配比,采取厚料层烧结,不断探索运行管控,降低生产成本,确保系统稳定顺行.
Abstract
Hansteel Company has introduced and applied internationally advanced activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification technology for sintered flue gas.This process has a large amount of activated carbon,which has a lag in adjustment and high safety risks.The sintering plant combines the blending ratio of raw materials and adopts thick layer sintering,continuously exploring the operation control and reducing production costs,making sure that the system runs smoothly.
