摘要
为保证热处理炉的加热效率和温度均匀性,分析热处理炉智能烧嘴控制器的常见故障,并对智能烧嘴控制器进行自主修复.通过故障排查及自主修复完善,烧嘴故障率由23%下降至10%左右,每年可节约成本5.5万元.智能烧嘴控制器的稳定运行率达到93%,使各区域的燃烧温度稳定在目标温度,保证了热处理炉调制钢板的性能要求及合格率.
Abstract
To ensure heating efficiency and uniformity of heat treatment furnaces,this paper analyzes the common faults that occur in the intelligent burner controller of the heat treatment furnace,and self repair the intelligent burner controller.Through troubleshooting and self repair,the burner failure rate has decreased from 23%to around 10%,saving an annual cost of 55000 yuan.The stable operating rate of the intelligent burner controller reaches 93%,ensuring that the combustion temperature in each area remains stable at the target temperature,ensuring the performance and qualification rate of the steel plate modulated in the heat treatment furnace.
