摘要
基于紫金铜业熔炼厂转炉运行现状,简要阐述紫金铜业熔炼厂转炉工序2H2B作业模式优化与控制的方式,对相关配套硬件设施进行同步改造,并对设备的改造升级、控制模式、工艺装备等进行了说明.经转炉系统优化后,形成了独特的技术及操作模式,相关环保各项技术指标大幅提升,取得了良好的经济效益.
Abstract
Based on the current operation status of the converter in Zijin Copper Smelting Plant,this paper briefly elaborates on the optimization and control methods of the 2H2B operation mode in the converter process of Zijin Copper Smelting Plant.The relevant supporting hardware facilities are synchronously renovated,and the equipment transformation and upgrading,control mode,process equipment,etc.are explained.After optimizing the converter system,a unique technology and operating mode have been formed,and various environmental protection technical indicators have been greatly improved,achieving good economic benefits.
